David Hutchinson was born in Vancouver, BC, and has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. David is not only a Realtor, but also an investor in many presale condo projects. He has a proven track record and a good relationship with other Realtors and Developers. David spent 10 years in Japan running his own company, and relocated back to Vancouver in 2002 to renew his real estate licence.

David is a Medallion Club Realtor representing the top 10% of all Vancouver real estate agents, and he’s also a Century 21 Canada Centurion.
